Built and maintain a Flutter and Firebase app serving 1,000+ users, and a React site and admin dashboard deployed on Google Cloud (Docker, gcloud) and Cloudflare Workers. Cut external API calls by up to 95% with Firebase Cloud Functions and Hive caching, and presented the platform to 50+ non-technical stakeholders.
